We recently used Tile Care to clean our tile floors. A few
months after completing the work we called Mario and explained
that parts of the tile floor were accumulating excessive dirt.
Mario came back to the house and spent an hour analyzing the
problem to figure out why certain areas of the tile where having
this problem. When we showed him a new piece of tile that we had
stored away for an emergency, he figured out that the tile
should have been sealed before it was installed. The tile was
installed by another contractor several years prior. After
discussing the problem with us, he volunteered to come back and
clean the tile again at no charge. He wanted us to be totally
satisfied with his work.
Mario came with his crew and cleaned our entire floor tile
again. We had only expected him to clean the few heavy traffic
spots and not our entire house. We offered to pay Mario for his
extra work but he graciously refused to accept any payment,
telling us that our satisfaction was payment enough.
We have worked with many contractors, and have never found
anyone like Mario and his company TileCare. Many people brag
about their services and customer satisfaction but Tile Care
backs up claims with actions and not merely words.
Mario and his crew were extremely professional and skilled in
doing the job. They arrived on schedule, started working
immediately, and took care to make sure the job was done to our
complete satisfaction. We have used Tile Care two times in the
past, and have always received the same professional courtesy
and quality workmanship from Tile Care and Mario Hernandez.
We highly recommend TileCare to everyone that needs tile and
stone work. Mario has been doing business in the Coachella
Valley for many years, and prides himself on his reputation and
it certainly shows.

I want to say thank you for the excellent work you did for
me…cleaning, restoring, and sealing my concrete paver patio.
I am very impressed with your personal knowledge and service and
appreciate that you went far and above anything I could have
expected. As you know, it turned out that my job was much harder
than either of us had imagined. That was a real hurdle but it
didn’t deter you. You and your team worked tirelessly to find a
way to restore my patio and give it a beautiful luster.
You were so professional and willing to be helpful. You would
never be happy with an ‘average job’ and you certainly
demonstrated that to us.
